Jessica Monroe, founder of Wing Strategies, brings a career shaped by business ownership, nonprofit leadership, and civic collaboration. Based in Greer, South Carolina with deep roots in Southwest Virginia, she has guided downtown revitalization efforts, supported small businesses, and partnered with chambers to strengthen community impact. Alongside her consulting work, Jessica operates a farm-stay and nonprofit animal rescue, reflecting her belief that strong communities begin with strong connections.
